Orders are shipped payment in advance. SHIPPING All orders are shipped by Federal Express. Other services are available upon request. Orders are shipped prepaid with freight charges added to invoice. All shipments are F.O.B. Richmond, BC. For orders requiring express service shipping, contact customer services for quotation. ARTWORK All orders must be accompanied by clean black and white artwork. Artwork submitted in grayscale or color or in any format other than CorelDraw (.cdr) will incur art charge $60 per hour. If artwork submitted on disk or via email is not suitable for reproduction, we reserve the right to “clean up” the art without approval if charges do not exceed $25 (net). Should charges exceed $25 (net), you will be notified for prior approval. Call customer service for “cleanup” quotations. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths or outlines). Please include a laser printed hard copy of your artwork with the disk. E-MAILING ARTWORK We can receive artwork via e-Mail at: PAPER PROOF Paper proof will be faxed or sent by e-Mail for approval prior to productions. The paper proof is an acknowledgement of your order. Please check the proof carefully and mark any corrections and send back via e-Mail or Fax. PERSONALIZATION Any item on our website or catalogue can be personalized with a recipient’s name. When personalizing a large quantity of names, we require an Excel (.xls) or WORD document of all names of recipients (Last Name, First Name) formatting. A paper proof will be faxed of all names required for proof of correct spelling. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted paper proof. proof carefully and mark any corrections and send back via e-Mail or fax. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once the artwork has been approved. (May not be needed for repeat orders). Approval is required within 24 hours to secure your production date. SETUP CHARGES New artwork: $60 On orders for multiple items of different sizes, the setup charge on the additional items will be waived as long as all items are produced at the same time. Artwork on file: $30 This setup charge applies to existing artwork which is resized for a new item. Repeat orders: no charge. There is no setup charge for repeat orders of the same item using identical artwork. COPY CHANGES Copy changes on awards and recognition items will be charged per item as follows:
SECOND POSTION ETCHING When a second position (second side) is etched, the following etching charges apply:
CANCELLATIONS All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged. CLAIMS Title to the goods transfers to the buyer at the F.O.B. point. Goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk and claims must be made against the carrier. Keep the original carton(s), packaging material and the damaged items which the carrier will inspect to determine the outcome of the claim. RETURNS
All items should be inspected upon receipt. INVENTORY We make every effort to meet sufficient quantities to meet production demand; however all orders are subject to product availability. Please check with you customer service. In the event that you should order an out of stock item, you will be notified immediately upon receipt of your order. SIZES AND WEIGHTS All size capacities, dimensions, etching sizes and weights shown are approximate. COLOR FILL $10 per color per piece. Marble – single color included Standard colors include: Gold, Silver, Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green. While standard colors usually suffice, occasionally specific color matching is required. Although we cannot guarantee an exact match, we are able to mix enamels to get as close as possible to your requests. The service charge for color matching is $20 per color. (Applies for repeat orders) PRODUCTION TIME Normal production time is 2 -3 weeks from approval or artwork or sample. If a product proof is required, allow 1 week to prepare and ship proof and approximately 2 weeks for production after approval. For reorders, please allow 1-2 weeks for production. For orders requiring color fill, please add 3 extra days. BACK ORDER All orders will take a minimum of 10 weeks. For the Express Service shipping, please contact customer services for quotation. PACKAGING Standard packing is indicated on ever item in our website and catalogue. INVENTORY AVAILABILITY While every effort is made to maintain all items in inventory, we cannot be held responsible if any item is unavailable. TRADEMARKS All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rest with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any item produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in this catalog are for display purpose only.
